The Adult ADHD Treatment Handbook provides professional guidance, session plans and client-facing resources for those offering group or individual psychological treatment to adults with ADHD. Developed to equip services with an efficient approach to meeting the needs of all adults with ADHD, this handbook offers the following benefits: a simple eight-session programme covers the key ADHD problem areas, providing you with everything you need to deliver effective treatment for adults with ADHD immediately; additional bolt-on sessions help you tailor your programme to suit the specific needs of the group or individuals you are working with so that your clients receive the best service; all sessions have been tried and tested over several years by a team of psychologists and therapists at the Berkshire Adult ADHD Service so that you can use these resources with complete confidence. Unlike other available publications on the subject of treating adult ADHD, this professional handbook contains resources which are succinct, varied and accessible so that it is also suitable for independent use by adults with ADHD.
