Good health starts in the community which consists of not just a healthy lifestyle but good health literacy. As the Association of Women Doctors Singapore, we feel that public health and health literacy is important, and health should start in the community. This book will address the unique health issues of a woman's life, using a comprehensive biopsychosocial approach in the different stages of a woman's life. It will reach out to women of all backgrounds, especially those from a lower socioeconomic background through he and start them on a path of self-awareness and self-care.
