Short, clear, and easy-to-use, The BIID Concise Agreement for Interior Design Services (CID/11) is a simplified and shortened form of ID/10 - the industry standard form of interior designer appointment. CID/11 is designed to be used on projects which are not of a considerable value or where the work or services involved are not complex in nature, and is thus complementary to ID/10, which is designed to be used in all other contexts. Up-to-date and reflecting recent case law and legislation, CID/11 sets out a fair balance in the interests of both interior designers and clients. It is fully endorsed by the British Institute of Interior Design (BIID). The document contains the Conditions of Agreement, comprehensive explanatory notes, a model letter ofAppointment, plus a Memorandum of Agreement in the shape of an easy-to-complete form.
