SCOTT HUTCHESON, PhD, is a Senior Lecturer at Purdue University specializing in technology and engineering leadership. He is the co-founder of Hutcheson Associates, a consulting and corporate training firm helping leaders across industries build high-performing teams and resilient organizations through science-based insights and practice-proven tools.

MATTHEW D. JONES is a doctoral student in organizational leadership at Purdue University, where he studies creative problem-solving, cognitive diversity, and agile strategy. His research explores how play fuels leadership and drives serious strategic outcomes. A Certified Master Facilitator in LEGO SERIOUSPLAY methods, Matthew has spent the last nine years teaching and training international audiences in creativity and innovation.
