This French resource has been designed to provide a complete introductory course of approximately one year's duration, which can be used by any teacher, regardless of language qualification. It comprises five features; a teacher's book, which offers guidance on how to exploit the materials, suggestions for language games, activities and full support for the non-specialist teacher; approximately 40 photocopiable worksheets, featuring a wide range of puzzles, games and follow-up material; 20 reading and activity cards, including strip cartoons, authentic materials and boards for language games; 20 flashcards for introducing and reinforcing key vocabulary and two C60 cassettes featuring songs and dialogue (including pronunication guide), recorded by native speakers. The resource can be used for individual, group or whole-class teaching, either within the school curriculum or as part of the programme of an after-school club.
