This handbook brings together in one volume material covering the inter-related and complex areas of practice in this field. Part I covers public procurement in the UK, and includes the Utilities Contracts Regulations which came into force in December 1996, as well as the other regulations implementing the procurement directives in the UK. Part II sets out statutes and statutory instruments relating to CCT. Part III covers EC material and includes the Council Decision approving the Agreement establishing the WTO and the text of the Government Procurement Agreement. The revision of the EC proposal to amend the Services, Supplies and Works directives is reproduced in an Appendix. Helpful lists of guidance material issued by UK Government Agencies and the European Commission are included at the end of each Part.
