Disaster in the Arctic Circle...In the fallout of Gremlins attack on Hawaii, the twenty-seven partner corporations that split from Academy City rebrand as the AntiAcademy City Science Guardians and announce they will be holding Natural Selector, a martial arts tournament in Eastern Europe. By staging the event, the Guardians hope to prove the existence of powers that surpass psychic abilities, thereby destroying the identity of Academy City. With Gremlins help, their scheme gets underway. Naturally, however, the Guardians blatant power grab invites a reprisal from Academy Citys higher-ups, who send three powerful agents to dismantle the tournament. As each sides forces clash, all hell breaks loose!
