Keith Richardson played for Rosslyn Park and Bath before joining Gloucester in 1969 and converting to prop from number 8. He then captained, and coached, Gloucester for many years before moving to Harlequins as head coach. Keith is a Level 4 RFU coach and was Editor of the RFU Technical Journal. He was head coach to England Emerging Players, England 'A' and England U21s. Keith's previous book, The Rugby Coaching Manual was shortlisted for the British Sports Book Awards in 2011.
