Recenzijos

Ive been following Nick for years, and Ive always been a huge fan of his work. In this book, he brings those moments when you unexpectedly learn something while youre also having fun. If you read in between the lines of all these delightfully silly on-screen drinks, there are some very real and very helpful cocktail techniques. Jeffrey Morgenthaler, author of Drinking Distilled Nick takes his craft, but not himself, too seriously as he delivers a book of science thats engaging for all levels of bartenders. Toby Maloney, Partner and Head Mixologist, The Violet Hour

Nick Fisher cut his teeth in New York City during the burgeoning cocktail renaissance where he learned to appreciate a craft cocktail made with fresh ingredients, but it took a Cocktails 101 class at a San Francisco speakeasy to spark a creative passion in home bartending. It wasnt long until he was experimenting with advanced techniques such as putting a cocktail inside a ball of ice only to smash it open, revealing the drink. In 2014, he created the YouTube channel Cocktail Chemistry to showcase these techniques, and it quickly rose to one of the most-watched cocktail channels. His creative and unique takes on classic cocktails combined with beautiful visuals and easy-to-follow instructions are designed for aspiring home bartenders looking to get started, as well as cocktail enthusiasts looking for innovative new techniques. Nick lives in San Francisco with his wife and young daughter, who prefers to drink straight from the bottle.
