Akhileshwar Pathak is professor at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA). He did his doctoral studies in law at University of Edinburgh. His area of specialisation is business law. He has authored several books on business law, including a textbook on legal aspects of business for students of business management. He writes cases bringing the latest developments in the field of law and business.
