Each page is devoted to a specific centre and includes: address of the blood centre and additional sites; names and telephone numbers of key personnel including Executive Director, Medical Director, Administrator, Donor Recruitment Director, Nursing Supervisor and Technical Director; service region maps; numbers of employees; special services offered such as apheresis, autologous donations, therapeutic apheresis, directed donations, CMV screening, cross-matching and bone donations; components produced; association memberships; publications produced by the centre; computer services and financial information. Appendix listings include addresses and telephone numbers of Council of Community Blood Centers members, American Red Cross Blood Services and AABB Category A (Community Blood Centre) members.
