"This book creates the concept of “enterprise organization engineering” by introducing the paradigm of tissue engineering in life science into enterprise organization research. It regards the enterprise as live organization, which has life characters and ability to grow and self-repair. The authors seek origins from seven theories including human tissue engineering, evolutionary economics, organization theories, enterprise theories, entrepreneur theory, human recourse theory, knowledge management theory, and summarizes the research framework including five parts : research on enterprise life characteristics, enterprise genes, enterprise seed cells, enterprise life scaffolds and research on enterprise growth factors. Yongzhong Tang, Ph.D. in management, associate professor of School of Economics and Management, Beijing Jiao Tong University. His research fields cover management science and engineering.Liu Yanping, man, professor and doctoral supervisor. Born in September 1962 in Liaoning. From 1981 to 1995, he received a bachelors degree and a doctors degree from Liaoning University and a masters degree from Renmin University of China.His main research fields are business administration and management science. He has published more than 100 papers on SCI retrieval English Academic Journals and SSCI retrieval English Academic Journals, he has also presided over more than 20 scientific research projects of the National Social Science Foundation, the Ministry of science and technology, the Ministry of education, the (former) Ministry of Railways and the National Bureau of statistics, and more than 30 other research projects. His many achievements have won national and provincial awards, and Professor Liu were selected into the new century talent support plan of the Ministry of education in 2006.Professor Liu once was a member of the Standing Committee of the Communist Party and vice president of the Xidian University, a member of the Standing Committee of the Communist Party and vice president of the Communication University of China (CUC). He is also a second-class professor and doctoral supervisor of Beijing Jiaotong University. He is currently the dean and professor of the school of Business Administration of Guangdong University of Finance and economics.He once served as a member of the seventh discipline review group of the State Council, and now serves as a member of the Teaching Steering Committee of Business Administration of the Ministry of education and vice president of China Statistical Society.
