ebnem Tosunolu is Professor of Public Finance at Anadolu University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. She is also head of the Public Finance Department. She received her Ph.D. degree in Public Finance Department at Anadolu University in 2004. Her research interests focus on public financial management, public debt, European Union financial system and budget, international public finance and Türkiyes tax policies. She has also authored books, book chapters and published national and international articles on mentioned fields. She also conducts courses on undergraduate, graduate and Ph.D. level in the field of public finance, fiscal policy, tax policy, public debt and debt management in Türkiye.



Süleyman Kasal is Assistant Professor of Public Finance at Anadolu University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. Süleyman Kasal received his PhD degree in 2021 with a dissertation on fiscal policy uncertainty and its macroeconomic consequences. Dr. Süleyman KASAL does research in fiscal policy related to sovereign debt, and financial markets. Süleyman Kasal teaches courses on public debt, public finance, and tax policy at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. He has published numerous national and international articles.
