Dr Zaynab Jawad is a Consultant General Surgeon based at Ealing Hospital, London North West University Healthcare Trust. She has an interest in laparoscopic and benign upper gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary surgery. She studied medicine at Corpus Christi College, Cambridge and Imperial College London, graduating with distinction. She completed her surgical training in North West London, during which time she completed a PhD in nanotechnology from the Department of Engineering at Imperial College London. She has authored multiple peer-reviewed papers including those in high-impact journals.

Dr Susan Jawad is a Consultant Radiologist based at University College London Hospitals (UCLH), where she sub-specialises in head and neck radiology and is the Trust Lead for MRI. She graduated in medicine with distinction from Imperial College London and trained in radiology in South West and North Central London. She has lectured nationally and internationally and has authored book chapters as well as several peer-reviewed publications. She is an experienced trainer and supervisor of radiology trainees and also teaches ENT trainees.
