Judith Henderson is an author, artist, and Emmy Awardwinning composer. She started in advertising and wrote more than 600 North American campaigns and jingles. Then, Henderson segued into childrens television as a TV producer and series creator. She is the author of the three-book series Big Words Small Stories (currently in production as an animated TV series in Australia); Aaalligator!; This Is a Dog Book!; and Dee and Apostrophee; and she recently optioned a new series to Kids Can Press, Willa and Wade. Henderson lives in Montreal. Ellen Yeomans writes for children and adults. Her picture book The Other Ducks (Roaring Brook Press/Macmillan, 2018), was named a Best Book of 2018 by both the American Library Association and Bank Street College. Her latest book, Some Snow Is . . . (Putnam/PRH, 2019), showcases her thorough knowledge of snow that comes from a lifetime in Central New York. An American abroad, she currently resides in Prague. Rashin Kheiriyeh is an internationally recognized, award-winning illustrator, author, animator, and painter who has more than 20 years of experience in publishing and broadcasting. She has published more than 90 childrens books in many countries, and has received numerous national and international awards including the Sendak Fellowship Award. Kheiriyeh is the character artist of the most popular Iranian animated series, Shekarestan/Sugarland. She was born in Iran but now lives in Washington, DC.
