Geetika Jain is a faculty of Information Technology and Marketing in the Faculty of Management Studies at Amity University, India. She completed his PhD in Management from Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow. She has earned her MBA from IBS, Hyderabad and BTech from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. She has qualified UGC-NET. She has published research papers in high repute journal indexed in Scopus and ABDC journals. Her research interest includes marketing analytics, blockchain technology, big data analytics and structural equation modelling application in developing sustainable solutions for various industries.

Shahriar Akter, is a Senior Lecturer in the school of Management, Operations & Marketing at the University of Wollongong, Australia. Shahriar received his doctorate from the Australian School of Business, University of New South Wales. As part of his doctoral program, Shahriar received his methodological training from Oxford Internet Institute, University of Oxford. He has published in the leading international journals including Information & Management, Electronic Markets, Journal of the American Society for Information Science & Technology, Behaviour & IT, Communication of AIS, Journal of Selected Areas in Communication etc. Shahriar's research interests include service systems evaluation, big data and business analytics, and complex modelling using PLS. Prof. (Dr.) Alka Munjal is Dean -Students Academic Affairs and Support Services in Amity University, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. She is a Ph.D (Strategy) from Jamia Islamia University, Delhi and MBA (Finance) from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra. She has 23 years experience in Academics & 7 years experience in Industry. She has conducted more than 80 well acclaimed MDP's / Training programs in PSU's, Private and Multinational companies in the area of Finance & Strategy. She has 32 Cases and Papers published in National & International Journals. She has received several awards including "Young Teacher's Career award" from AICTE in the area of Corporate Restructuring. She received the prestigious Case development grant from MDI-AICTE for a case on CSR and was designated as the lead for CSR in Financial institutions and credit rating agencies in India by UNDP. She has organized several conferences and events including being chair for organizing the Convocation for Amity. She has been an active member for accreditations & certifications for Amity University. Prior to joining Amity University she was working with Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi. She is stationed at Delhi.
