She received her Ph.D. degree in Organization, Technology and Development of Human Resources from the University of Molise, in joint with the University of Naples Federico II and LUISS University (Italy).





Dr. Subhankar Das is currently working as Professor and Researcher in the Honors Program, Duy Tan University, Da Nang, Vietnam.
