Prof. Linya Liu is a distinguished scholar who holds a Ph.D. in Engineering, has attained full professorship, and is a doctoral supervisor. He is also a recipient of the special allowance from the State Council and is currently the academic leader of the Transportation Engineering discipline at East China Jiaotong University.
