After the death of her father, Anna isn't only left as the sole caretaker for her younger brother, she's the only semblance of law in this back country town in Colorado. So when drug-pushers role in looking to unload their new product, it's up to Anna to stop them.
But matters only get worse when the drug starts sweeping through the town. It has an almost supernatural effect, turning the users into zombie-like creatures whose drug lust can't be stopped. With nothing but her father's old .38 pistol, Anna becomes the lone gunslinger out to save her town and stop the threat before it spreads.
