On Halloween in 1962, young Frankie witnesses an eerie apparition - a girl-ghost, in the grip of a mysterious killer, begs Frankie to put her spirit to rest. As Frankie closes in on the terrible truth, he does not know the danger involved, or the evil, when he meets the Lady in White. In a town that has been terrorized by a serial child killer for a decade, a young boy witnesses the ghost of the first victim being murdered and is determined to bring the murderer to justice.
