"Leukemia and Lymphoma" is an established journal in the field of haematological oncology. In this volume, a selection of 32 informative and authoritative reviews that have appeared in the journal have been brought together. This collection should serve as useful seminars covering a wide range of current topics of interest and controversy. It should interest both clinicians and scientists, not only as a source of educational material, but also as an update of developments in the discipline. This is the second issue of a series of annual compilations that haematological oncologists should find useful in helping to maintain contact with this rapidly progressing and changing field.
