In this planning guide, the renowned lighting designer Ulrike Brandi documents the sum of her findings on the topics of lighting design, daylight, sustainability and healthy living spaces.

The implementation of holistic lighting design in times of advancing mechanisation is a challenge, but also the right step towards sustainability in the use of light and energy. This attitude is made clear by the renowned lighting designer Ulrike Brandi with the sentence "It is better to plan well with daylight from the beginning than to add artificial light afterwards".

The LIGHT NATURE ARCHITECTURE guide proves how important, but also how easy it is to integrate natural light into planning and thus into the design of healthy and beneficial living and working environments.
The richly illustrated manual is structured according to the phenomena of natural light and combines the author`s wealth of experience, theoretical principles and design methods to create a reference work and a diverse source of inspiration.

  • Richly illustrated basic work for holistic lighting design
  • Insight into the extensive practical experience of the renowned lighting designer Ulrike Brandi
  • Source of inspiration for professional planners and laymen
  • Available in English and German
