Paul McNeill is the head of community football for the Scottish Football Association, and is an experienced public and keynote speaker. He is dyslexic and works as an ambassador for Dyslexia Scotland and winner of Potential Unlocked Awards Outstanding Contribution to Education 2021 for Mission Dyslexia

Rossie Stone is the founder and director of Dekko comics, an educational comic book company that turns the school curriculum into fun comic stories. He works alongside Paul as an ambassador for Dyslexia Scotland and has given three TEDx talks about Dekko comics and his own struggle with dyslexia. Rossie is also a winner at the Dyslexia Awards 2022, and also a nominee for the National Diversity Awards back in 2018.

Julie McNeill has a Masters degree in Creative Writing and has worked in education and social care, supporting children with additional needs. She has been a keynote speaker at the Dyslexia Scotland Education Conference, where she talked about life with dyslexia 'Beyond the School Gates'.
