Dr. Ashootosh Mandpe, working as an Assistant Professor at IIT Indore since October 2021, has over eight years of experience in Environmental Engineering and Science. He holds a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Pune, an M.Tech in Environmental & Water Resources Engineering from COEP, and a Ph.D. from AcSIR at CSIR-NEERI, Nagpur. An accomplished researcher, he has published in top SCI-indexed journals like Journal of Cleaner Production and Bioresource Technology, earning 750+ citations (h-index 14, i10-index 16). He has authored books with Taylor & Francis, Springer Nature, and Bentham Science. As a Guest Editor for journals like Environmental Chemistry and Ecotoxicology, he contributes significantly to academia. Dr. Mandpe leads research in effluent treatment, waste management, and renewable energy, shaping sustainable practices. Dr. Devaanshi Jagwani, Professor in Civil Engineering at IPS Academy, Indore, holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from NEERI, Nagpur. With 18 years of experience in research and academia, she specializes in environmental chemistry, impact assessment, and analytical chemistry. She has authored 13 journal papers, 4 books, and 4 patents and is a reviewer for SCI journals. A former Project Fellow at NEERI (20042009), she conducted Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) for major industries, including ONGC, Reliance Petrochemicals, and MAHAGENCO, contributing to reports submitted to the MoEF. Her expertise spans air, water, soil, and noise monitoring. She has guided M.Tech and B.Tech students and received awards like Best Oral Presentation at ICMN 2020 and the Research Excellence Award 2020. Actively organizing national and international programs, she also serves as a nodal coordinator for IIRS-ISRO. With 236 citations, her research has an h-index of 7 and an i10-index of 4.

Dr. Maulin P. Shah, an Environmental Microbiology Consultant in Gujarat, India, has over two decades of research experience. He earned his B.Sc. in Microbiology from Gujarat University in 1999 and a Ph.D. from Sardar Patel University in 2005. His work focuses on the link between pollution and microbial diversity in wastewater, contributing significantly to biological treatment, biodegradation, and bioremediation. With over 250 research papers and 150+ edited books published by Elsevier, Springer, Wiley, and others, he has made a global impact. Dr. Shah serves on the editorial boards of top journals, including CLEAN-Soil, Air, Water (Wiley), Current Pollution Reports (Springer), and Environmental Chemistry & Ecotoxicology (Elsevier). His advisory roles span multiple high-impact journals across environmental microbiology, biotechnology, and sustainability. His pioneering work continues to shape environmental research worldwide.
