This book is a well-researched text covering laboratory and diagnostic procedures in malariology. It was born out of several years of laboratory practice in some of the best laboratories in Nigeria. The detailed manner in which the author has handled each aspect of the book depicts a meticulous attention to detail hardly seen in most texts on the subject. There cannot be many texts of equal measure of attention on malariology. It is highly recommended to both laboratory science practitioners, biomedical and medical students alike.
Dr Caroline Amuche Okoli (nee Onwuanaku) has a PhD Degree in Biochemistry (Clinical Biochemistry) from the University of Ilorin in Nigeria.
