Roxan O'Brien has been creating jewellery for more than twenty-five years, and is known at workshops and festivals for teaching her coloured pencil techniques. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsmen and exhibits her work at fine art and craft shows. She resides in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
