Lucian A Lucia is an Associate Professor at NC State University (U.S.A.), Foreign Talent Professor at Jiangnan University (P.R. China), and Distinguished Professor of Green Chemistry at Qilu University of Techology (P.R. China). He maintains the Laboratory of Soft Materials & Green Chemistry in all three Universities where he explores the fundamental chemistry and advanced applications of plant- and marine-derived biopolymers. He has edited several books, contributed numerous book chapters, published a number of review articles, sits on the Board of several journals, and is the Founder and Co-Editor of BioResources.





Qufu Wei is a Full Professor at Jiangnan University (P.R. China) and Director of the Key Laboratory of Eco-Textiles, Ministry of Education. He is also Director of the International Joint Laboratory for Functional Textile Materials. His research interests lie in the synthesis of functional nanofibers, the use of nanotechnology to create well-defined nanostructures on various textiles and smart textiles for various applications. He has previously edited two books and is a Regional Editor for the Journal of Engineered Fibers and Fabrics. He also serves as an Editorial Board Member for the International Journal of Polymer Science.
