Lerong Lu is Lecturer in Law at the University of Bristol. Prior to this, he was a Teaching Fellow at the Dickson Poon School of Law, Kings College London. Dr Lu holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Law and a Master of Laws from the University of Leeds. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Economics degrees from the East China University of Political Science and Law. Dr Lus research interests lie in international financial law and regulation, and he has published extensively in the fields of shadow banking and fintech. Dr Lu is a qualified attorney-at-law in the Peoples Republic of China.
