Dr. Niraj Arora joined University of Missouri in July 2018. As a neurologist practicing on the neurocritical care service line, Dr. Arora is actively interested in treating patients who suffer from traumatic brain injury, stroke, epilepsy and/or neuromuscular disorders. His research interests include nutrition in the acute brain injury patients, use of transcranial doppler in the neuroscience ICU, role of platelet dysfunction in acute brain injury. He is currently involved in multiple research projects and proposals at the University and is highly interested in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows at the University.
