Such is the mantra of the latest collection of essays, some 80 of them, presented at the second through fourth irregular conclaves, Gathering for Gardner, at which mathematicians, magicians, and puzzlists honor Martin Gardner, their high priest. Much of the material is anecdotal about their craft, but of course many puzzles find their way in, not all of which require mathematical or logical adeptness. The international community of puzzle enthusiasts has gathered once again to celebrate Martin Gardner's continued contribution and, most fittingly, has done so in kind, by providing new challenges to our inquiring minds.
