Adina Letiia Negrua is Professor and ERASMUS Departmental Coordinator at the Faculty of Business, Babe-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Her fields of expertise are intercultural management, hospitality and hotel management. She has published 19 books and chapters and over 70 articles in various journals and has presented over 80 papers at various national and international conferences and symposia covering topics related to sustainability and innovation in tourism, cultural tourism, and entrepreneurship.





Monica Maria Coro is Associate Professor in entrepreneurship, international tourism, and organisational behaviour at the Faculty of Business, Babe-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Her research covers topics related to destination management organisations, sustainable tourism, rural tourism, entrepreneurship, and SMEs and adds up to over 80 articles published in national and international conferences and reputable journals and books.
