Poynter, is an important and necessary book for every college campus to develop a safe and welcoming environment. Poynter gathered outstanding professionals in the LGBTQIA+ field who provided roadmaps and options for the ways in which people may do this work in their educational and organizational settings. The book is constructed in workshop format so that every stand-alone chapter is a training program. Each workshop is based on learning theory, drawing on a variety of academic disciplines.
