From reviews of Deer, eds., Comprehensive Treatment of Chronic Pain by Medical, Interventional, and Integrative Approaches:

Recenzijos

From the book reviews:

The purpose is to provide an evidence-based review of the indications and effectiveness of different drugs used in pain medicine. The target audience is chronic pain physicians, but primary care physicians and other medical specialists, particularly rheumatologists, who treat patients with chronic illnesses also will find it most helpful. This is a nice effort with good intentions and, overall, it is the most comprehensive book available dedicated solely to the discussion of medical interventions for treating chronic pain. (Tariq M. Malik, Doodys Book Reviews, April, 2015)

Although the primary audience is chronic pain physicians and primary care givers, anyone managing patients with chronic pain conditions in their practice will find the book very useful. The information is extremely practical and clinically useful...Both the content and the short discussions in each chapter make it a good pain reference for a busy practice.   Doodys Book Reviews
