Dan Whisker a self-taught illustrator. Born in Essex in 1972, he moved to Kent as a child. After serving in the British armed forces and as a detective constable with Kent Police, he pursued his dream career in creating art for childrens books. He lives in the green and tranquil village of Chartham with his loving wife of twenty years, three teenage children, and three small dogs.
