Over 1 million Discworld audiobooks sold discover the extraordinary universe of Terry Pratchetts Discworld like never before.

The audiobook of Wintersmith is narrated by Indira Varma (Game of Thrones; Luther; This Way Up). BAFTA and Golden Globe award-winning actor Bill Nighy (Love Actually; Pirates of the Caribbean; Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows) reads the footnotes, and Peter Serafinowicz (Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace; Shaun of the Dead) stars as the voice of Death. Steven Cree (Outlander; A Discovery of Witches) voices the Nac Mac Feegles. Featuring a new theme tune composed by James Hannigan.

Saying it with frozen roses and icebergs

Tiffany Aching leaps into a dance - and suddenly the spirit of winter is in love with her. He's showering her with snowflakes and offering her a crown of ice. Which is creepy, but also just a little bit... cool.

Now she's dancing to his tune. She can't change the steps.

But unless Tiffany can work out how to deal with the Wintersmith, there will never be another springtime...

Wintersmith is the third book in the Tiffany Aching series, but you can listen to the Discworld novels in any order.

The first book in the Discworld series - The Colour of Magic - was published in 1983. Some elements of the Discworld universe may reflect this.

Recenzijos

In every sense fantastic * Independent * Pratchett's one-liners, the comic dialogue of the Feegles, the satire about teenagers and the credulousness of the ordinary folk make for a characteristically entertaining mix * The Sunday Times * Terry Pratchett kicks the bejaysus out of JK Rowling . . . If you haven't read Pratchett before then give yourself a treat and buy this book * In Dublin * Exhuberant energy and humour * The Children's Bookseller * Charming in every sense of the word. Beautifully written and at times highly comic, it is an extraordinary achievement * Books for Keeps * Sure to be as popular with both children and adults as all his other books * Croydon Advertiser * Lively wit, sly wisdom and compelling narratives * Leicester Mercury * Pratchett's usual mix of uproarious comedy and deceptively serious thought * Southern Daily Echo * He's probably the funniest writer in English today . . . great themes with huge doses of comedy * South Wales Evening Post * Funny and winning as ever * Nottingham Evening Post *
